Evergreen Court boasts a total of 130 suites. Among them are 5 studio suites, 87 standard one-bedroom suites, and 38 accessible one-bedroom suites. The accessible suites are meticulously crafted to cater to individuals with disabilities or those facing mobility challenges. Each unit features in-suite storage space for residents’ personal belongings. While the standard suites are configured for tenants to furnish with their own stackable washer and dryers, the accessible suites conveniently accommodate tenant owned side-by-side washer and dryers.
