Established in 1982, Affordable Housing Societies (AHS) commits to continuously developing, owning, and managing rental housing designed to cater to low- and moderate-income families, seniors, as well as individuals and couples. AHS is governed by a Board of Directors comprising business, professional, and community leaders, responsible for setting policies, approving significant transactions, and ensuring the realization of AHS’s objectives. Head Office is centrally located in Surrey, AHS is overseen by an Executive Leadership team.
Nestled in the heart of Ladner, the distinguished Evergreen Court stands out as our latest flagship development. Boasting a total of 130 thoughtfully designed regular and accessible suites, this project is a collaborative effort between Affordable Housing Societies, City of Delta, BC Housing, and CMHC.
Anticipated for completion in August 2024, Evergreen Court will feature a range of studios units and one-bedroom suites, all made available for rent through the combined efforts of BC Housing and Affordable Housing Societies.
